Need bokashi bran now? Partner shop Wurmwelten.de ships a bokashi starter set with 1 kg bran — including to Norway (see /partners).
This kit isn't available yet. Leave your email and we'll tell you the moment it is.
What's included
10L bokashi bucket
Sealed anaerobic fermentation bin with a drain tap.
1kg EM bran
Beneficial microbe inoculant to kick-start fermentation.
Instructions
Simple printed guide for flats, balconies, and gardens.
Supplier transparency: sourcing is being finalised with European suppliers. We publish the real supplier for every kit before it ships — no named partner until the relationship is signed.
How it works
Add your scraps
Layer fruit, veg, and cooked food scraps in the bucket.
Sprinkle bran
Add a handful of EM bran every time you add waste.
Bury in soil
After 2 weeks, bury the fermented matter in soil. Compost in 2-4 weeks.
Why bokashi?
Methane avoidance
Food waste in landfill produces methane. Bokashi ferments it anaerobically — no methane, no smell.
Soil health
Fermented scraps break down into living soil, feeding microbes, fungi, and roots.
2-4 week cycle
Two weeks in the bin, two weeks in the soil. Then it grows things.
